How do I Download and Install eSignal 21.x?

Downloading and installing eSignal 21.x is an easy and straightforward task, as the installer only contains a few simple prompts before it installs the program, and is then ready to Launch. Keep in mind however that when installing eSignal 21.x, the program does not automatically update any time there is a new version, and you will need to update it manually as such.

Downloading eSignal 21.x

To download eSignal 21.x you can navigate to our Downloads page located here. On this page, you will want to click the download button under the "eSignal" heading that says "Download 64-bit Version" to initiate the download. By default it should download the file to your Downloads folder.

Note: There are other sections contained within the Downloads page, including a section for downloading Advanced GET EOD Prime. Users who subscribed to Advanced GET in the past will want to download eSignal 21.x instead of Advanced GET EOD Prime, as EOD Prime is only available to customers in India, and its sale and support is not handled by eSignal.

Installing eSignal 21.x

Now that you have eSignal 21.x downloaded, you can begin the installation process. Keep in mind it is recommended you have at least 10 GB of storage space available prior to installing eSignal 21.x. The steps are as follows:

  1. Open File Explorer.
  2. Navigate to your Downloads Folder.
  3. In your Downloads folder, double-click on the file you downloaded to run the installer.
  4. If prompted by windows to allow the program to run, click “Run.” Otherwise, skip to the next step.
  5. Accept the license agreement, and continue selecting “Next” until you are prompted to enter your Username and Password. Enter the credentials you received when signing up for eSignal (please keep in mind these are case-sensitive) and then click “Install”.
  6. Once eSignal finishes installing, click “Finish.”
  7. After the window closes, you should be able to find the eSignal 21 icon on your desktop. To open the program, just double-click on the icon on your desktop, OR right-click on it and select “Open".
  8. Congratulations, you have successfully installed eSignal 21.x!
