How do I cancel my subscription during the 30-Day Trial period?

If within the 30-Day Trial period you are not completely satisfied with eSignal, you can contact our Customer service department and cancel your account. We will be able to process your refund within 5 to 7 business days after the account cancels.

You may request a reference number to confirm your cancellation, if so needed, or you can request we Email you a confirmation. Please note that if we have no record of your cancellation request, you may be charged for additional month(s) of service.

What happens if I decide to cancel during the 30-Day Trial period?

Should you decide to cancel your subscription within the 30-Day Trial period, your subscription will be cancelled effective your next cycle date, and your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days after automatically. For example, if you subscribed on January 10th, and opted to cancel within the 30-Day Trial period, your cancellation would not be effective until February 10th, at which point it goes into effect and you will be refunded within 5 to 7 days of that date.
