eSignal - Quote Window Shows No Data
There are several possible reasons:
- Close down eSignal and the Data Manager, than log back in.
- The symbol may have changed (check exchanges' website or other Internet quote services, i.e. yahoo stock quotes)
- Authorization/entitlement - you will need to have the exchange in your service subscription.
- If you've changed to a third party program, make sure it is compatible with our data feed by inquiring within the third party vendor.
- Depending on the volume of shares traded, it could be showing late or no data due to insufficient volume.
- You may have NO DM in the status bar (towards the bottom right corner of eSignal), if so click here.
