the esignal forums are a great place to keep up to date on all the latest updates with esignal. below are the instructions on how to subscribe to posts related to the network and exhange status threads.
step 1: navigate to http://forum.esignal.com/forum.php and click register to create a login for the forums. you'll need a valid email address and your esignal customer id.
step 2: once registered, enter your username and password then click log in.
step 3: under announcements click network & exchange status.

STEP 4: Click Forum Tools followed by Subscribe to This Forum...
STEP 5: Set Notification Type to Daily updates by email. Once subscribed you'll receive a Daily email update of the Network and Exchange status threads. This email update occurs once at the end of the day.
