What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Card Required:

Since we primarily distribute data through the Internet, like most Internet-based services, we require a credit card for our service. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.

We currently do not accept Diners Club or specific direct debit cards like Switch. We continue to review these payment options and may make them available at some point in the future.

In some cases (like pre-paying for 1 year of complete service), exceptions to the credit card requirement rule may apply. You'll need to speak directly to your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative to see if you qualify for such an exception. In the event your account has been altered to accept other forms of payment, you may pay by either Check or Wire/Bank Transfer.

All checks must be drawn on a U.S dollar bank account. Please write your Customer ID# on the front or back of the check (or your eSignal product username).
