There are 2 methods for charting expired futures contracts.
1. Using the continuous contract: Enter a % sign, root symbol, a space, then 1! as follows:

Add the appropriate exchange extension for international symbols:

Alternatively, you can do the following:
Enter the symbol, a space, the expiration month code and then the 4 digit year.
For example:
US Z20@0 is the December 2020 future for 30 Year Bonds.
FDAX U2020-EUX is the September 2020 DAX future on the Eurex Exchange.
