I cancelled my account, but why was I still charged?

Accounts are billed on a month to month basis. The subscriber agreement states that the account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing month at the time of the request.

What is the time frame needed to cancel my account?

You should cancel your account by the last day of the current calendar month not to be charged for the following.  

Can I get a print out of my monthly invoice or service fees?

We currently don't offer this feature. When we switch to eSignal's Customer Management System, your Billing History will be available online and printable.

I think I cancelled, but still have access. Is my account cancelled?

If you cancelled your account, you will still have access until the end of the calendar month of which you paid for. If you want to verify that your account is set to cancel, you can contact Customer Service.

If I cancel my account will it be prorated?

We do not prorate for cancellations. You are billed for the entire month and have access until the end of the calendar month.

I cancelled my account, why was I billed?

Regardless of the date you cancel services, you are billed for the calendar month and will have access for that month.

What is the refund policy?

If you have a monthly subscription, you are free to unsubscribe from a monthly subscription at any time. However, you will not receive a refund for any remaining days within the month that you canceled your subscription.
