Introduction of delivery fee to Professional Subscribers of direct-billed equity exchanges or sources
Dear valued client:
There are a number of Exchanges and sources that opt to directly bill Professional Subscribers for their monthly fees. Although IDC does not collect these fees, we are still subject to reporting requirements, regular audits, supporting the content and managing the connectivity to each source. Our costs in these areas has risen significantly over the years so to help offset these higher costs, we are introducing a delivery fee for each direct billed exchange.
Our records indicate that you are subscribed to one or more of these exchanges. Effective March 1, 2014 Interactive Data will institute a new delivery fee of USD1.00 per direct-billed exchange/ per month for professional subscribers of the following exchanges:
· New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
· NYSE MKT LLC (formerly known as AMEX)
· Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA)
· Canadian Exchange Group (CEG)
· Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)
· Montreal Stock Exchange(MX)
· TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV)
· FTSE Index Values (FTSE)
· Dow Jones direct-billed news services (North & South America)*:
o Dow Jones Equities News Dow Jones Commodities Service
o Dow Jones Commodities Basic
o Dow Jones Commodities MetalsWire
o Dow Jones Commodities miniFin
o Dow Jones Commodities AgriWire
o Dow Jones Global Equities News
